Hello. Welcome to my website. It started while I was in Europe for a semester, and I've kept it up since then. I'm now at the University of Chicago Law School, living in Hyde Park, and the story continues. If you want to say hi or visit me, email cfloyd at uchicago dot edu.

Who is Charlie Floyd? I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 with a degree in Letters. Then I decided to get a second BA in German and spent the spring finishing my degree requirements at the Karl-Franzens Universitaet in Graz, Austria. Now I'm at the University of Chicago Law School and loving every minute.
This is my story, day by day.

Last night I saw Travis and Stoney play the Deli. It was awesome. I don't know why I don't get sick of The Weight. It is always just the perfect song to end on. Everybody stands up and sings along... "Take a load off, Fanny!" Good times.

This morning I went to the Diner with my friend Ryan Purnell. He is on his way to George Washington University in D.C. Then he will start work at the CIA. That's exciting. I put him in touch with Matt Welch, who also starts at the Agency shortly.

My sister Stephanie pledged Chi Omega today, and I went to her Bid Day celebration. It was full of girly energy. I cleared out quickly and dropped by the fraternity house to visit. Our formal living room looks outstanding. Drop by and see it.

Now I'm just relaxing and doing laundry. Looking forward to a good night of sleep.
